As a participant you will:
 Speak at every session
 Receive feedback (verbal & written) from us & other participants
 Provide feedback (written & verbal) to other participants
 Receive a follow-up 30 minute one-to-one meeting to determine your future needs (at a mutually convenient time)

One evening weekly for six weeks
