Friendly, affordable antenatal classes in Bath and Bristol. Run by a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in Women's Health. Course consists of four antenatal classes covering; care of your body in pregnancy, relaxation techniques, breathing techniques and positions for labour and one postnatal class helping you to return to fitness safely.
